If you are shopping in Korea, your package will be sent via GS and should arrive within a few days. An email will be sent once your item(s) have been shipped which will include your tracking number.

Your order will take anywhere from 5-14 days to deliver depending on your country. It is a slow shipping service

For some countries packages are NOT insured and they are NOT tracked. If your order has a tracking number, it will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Pixie Spins is NOT liable for any lost or damaged packages when choosing KPACKET. KPACKET also has a limit of 2kg, so if you'd like to order more, you will either have to do separate orders or choose EMS.

If you think your package is taking too long (considering the shipping times provided) please send me a message. For SOME KPACKET packages, I am able to view the location and will be able to update you. But please remember that there is nothing I can do to properly locate the package, unless it is EMS.

EMS is a premium shipping service, thus all packages are tracked and insured. They will take 2-7 days to arrive depending on your location.
